In order to implement the spirit of the notice of the people's Government of Anhui Province on printing and distributing policies supporting the innovative development and promotion and application of new energy vehicle industry (Wanzheng [2017] No. 110), and further improve the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Strengthen the promotion and application of public domain
1. New energy vehicles are used in all new and updated buses in the city, and conventional power buses with service life of 5 years and poor vehicle conditions are encouraged to be replaced with new energy vehicles in advance. 5、 Building green travel demonstration city
14. We will accelerate the building of a public green travel demonstration city with electric, intelligent and shared development. 6、 Strengthening work implementation
15. Submit annual plan. By the end of August this year (before the end of January 2019 and January 2020), all counties (cities), development zones and vehicle competent departments shall submit the purchase plan of public vehicles in the current year to the municipal new energy automobile industry development leading group office to ensure that the proportion of new energy vehicles meets the specified requirements. At the same time, the construction demand plan of charging pile shall be submitted to the municipal urban and rural construction commission. 16. Check the purchase funds. Financial departments at all levels should strictly control the annual budget approval of vehicle authorities to ensure that the purchase ratio of new energy vehicles in the public sector meets the specified requirements. 17. Strengthen supervision and assessment. This notice shall come into effect as of the date of printing and issuing.
