3. Capital verification report

c. According to the articles of association and the agreement on the establishment of the company, each shareholder shall pay the investment fund to the company account according to the amount of capital contribution. The bank issues a payment slip to each shareholder.
d. Take the preparation materials and the payment slip to the accounting firm to verify the funds.
e. The accounting firm will issue a capital verification report.
4. Handling of business license;
a. Take the preparation materials and capital verification report to the industrial and commercial bureau for business license.
b. After handling the business license, the financial seal and official seal shall be engraved on the basis of the business license to the special branch of the Public Security Bureau.
