According to the notice on adjusting the basic pension of retirees in 2018 issued by the Ministry of human resources and social security and the Ministry of Finance (No.18 [2018] of the Ministry of Finance), with the consent of the provincial people's government and the approval of the Ministry of human resources and social security and the Ministry of finance, the matters related to the adjustment of the basic pension of retirees in 2018 are hereby notified as follows.
1、 Adjust object
Retirees and retirees who have gone through the procedures of retirement and resignation according to regulations and receive basic pension (retirement fee and retirement living expenses) by December 31, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the adjustment object).
2、 Adjustment time
From January 1, 2018.
3、 Adjustment method
（1） Quota adjustment
For those who retired or resigned before December 31, 1995, an increase of 45 yuan per person per month;
For those who retire or retire from their posts from January 1, 1996 to December 31, 2005, an increase of 40 yuan per person per month;
For those who retire or resign from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2017, an increase of 35 yuan per person per month.
（2） Hook adjustment
1. Linked with the payment period. For each person, 2 yuan will be added for each full year according to his / her own payment period (including the period of deemed payment, excluding the payment period converted by special type of work). If the payment period is less than one year, it shall be calculated as one year.
2. Linked with the basic pension adjustment. Based on my basic pension in December 2017, each person increased by 1.4% per month.
