What should farmers do when they are old and have no one to support them? What are the important mea

Most of China's rural population has entered the city, and they work in the manufacturing industry such as electronic factory, service industry such as catering industry, construction industry, and dedicate their physical strength and youth to the city, so as to improve the development of the city. However, there is no social security and pension for the farmers entering the city. What should these farmers do when they are old and have no one to support them? What are the important measures in 2019?

What should migrant workers do when they get old?

On this issue, it is a major issue for both national policy and small families. Although the current urban endowment insurance is a solution, it is still too much inappropriate for the group of farmers and famous workers.

First of all, migrant workers do not have a strong sense of participating in the insurance. The main way of migrant workers is to work short-term, which is characterized by high mobility and difficulty of participating in the insurance. After the interruption, they are often unable to make up the payment. Besides, there is a family behind the farmers who need money very much to support them, so they will not participate in the insurance. Even if there is a one-time supplementary payment in rural areas now, they can enjoy the pension, but the farmers are still reluctant to pay too much one-time money.

In the past two years, two important initiatives are expected to ease worries about the elderly:

First, the new rural old-age insurance system and the urban residents' old-age insurance system are integrated, and a unified basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents is established nationwide, which enables the insurance relationship of migrant workers who have paid fees in both places to be transferred;

Second, as long as the employees have participated in endowment insurance for 15 years, they can transfer from urban and rural residents' insurance to employees' endowment insurance, and enjoy corresponding treatment after 60 years old, which makes the level of endowment insurance for migrant workers is expected to be close to that of urban employees.

This kind of measure has guaranteed the future of the new generation of migrant workers, but for the current farmers' thinking, the money in hand is true. Although they also want to provide for the aged, they are more hopeful about the future of children's pension. I sincerely hope that the state can issue policies that are more conducive to the pension security of farmers, and also hope that farmers' pension ideas will be changed.
