If the number of days for which labor remuneration is paid by the labor dispatching unit according to law during the period of no work within the term of the labor contract is more than the number of days of annual leave that should be enjoyed by the labor dispatching unit in the whole year, the annual leave of that year shall not be enjoyed. If the employee has enjoyed the annual leave of the current year, and one of the situations in Item 2, 3, 4 and 5 occurs in the year, the employee shall not enjoy the annual leave of the next year.
