Hubei Provincial Association of standards and chemistry and Wuhan Software Industry Association jointly released the management specification for online live broadcast platform and the management specification for online live broadcast anchor in Wuhan on August 28. This is the first group standard of network live broadcast officially issued in China.
These two norms include the content of the live broadcast platform in many aspects, such as the monitoring of the host, account supervision, platform patrol, etc., and regulate the dress requirements, access standards and live broadcast content of the host. According to the management specification for live webcasting anchors, female anchor's clothing shall not be exposed through the air, and they shall not wear interesting uniforms, interesting underwear, perspective clothing, flesh color tights, etc.; when minors are shown live webcasting alone, they shall provide guardian's ID card, household register, application signed by guardian, etc.
At the same time, the management specification for network live broadcasting platform focuses on user reporting, requiring the live broadcasting platform to set up a convenient and eye-catching user reporting channel to ensure 24-hour unblocked; for the illegal account reported by the netizen, the live broadcasting platform shall, within 90 seconds after receiving the report, impose prohibitions, seals, etc.
In order to standardize the development of online live broadcasting industry, Wuhan douyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. proposed that Hubei provincial standard chemistry Association and Wuhan Software Industry Association jointly organized experts from five Internet enterprises, including Wuhan University, Huazhong University of science and technology, Hubei Institute of standardization and quality, Wuhan New Media Industry Association and douyu live broadcasting, which lasted nearly half a year, and jointly compiled this report Approve 'webcast group standard'.
The group standards for live webcasts were released on all group standard information platforms on January 28 and will be officially implemented on January 29.
