The entry permit is a certificate issued by the immigration and emigration Department of Taiwan's internal affairs department to people from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao to enter and leave Taiwan. Holders of Taiwan passports do not need to apply for an entry permit. Holders of foreign passports should apply for an entry permit unless visa free is applicable. How to apply for the entry permit? 1、 How to:

To travel or take a vacation in Taiwan, you need two passes. One is the Taiwan pass issued by the mainland, and the other is the Taiwan pass issued by Taiwan. 2 certificate must be complete before entering Taiwan. Have a good time in Taiwan. Although the restrictions on application have been relaxed, the formalities are still troublesome.

(1) . handling of Taiwan Pass:

Take your own documents to the exit and Entry Administration for processing. Please refer to the figure below for details of passport information.

In addition, you will be informed within 15 days after you have taken the certificate. Please refer to the following tips for specific charges and special procedures:

1. 30 yuan per pass for mainland residents to and from Taiwan;

2. Notes to the mainland resident's pass to Taiwan, 20 yuan per item;

3. One time effective endorsement for mainland residents to and from Taiwan, 20 yuan per piece; multiple times effective endorsement, 100 yuan per piece.

Time limit for handling: 15 working days. Urgent work shall be completed within 5 working days.

Handling unit: exit Entry Administration of public security organs at or above the county level in the place where the applicant's household registration is located

(2) . handling of entry permit:

At present, there are 26 Mainland cities where individuals can apply for admission to Taiwan, so it is more convenient to apply. Although the entry card can not be handled by individuals, but generally these institutions have branches, which are easy to operate on the Internet. So you don't have to show up to complete the entry permit. Formalities are troublesome, but it's not you who are troublesome. The specific mainland cities that can be handled are: Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Jinan, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi'an, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Suzhou, Wuhan, Ningbo, Qingdao, Zhengzhou and Shenyang.

In addition: cities starting on August 28, 2013: Changchun, Shijiazhuang, Changsha, Kunming, Nanning, Hefei and Quanzhou.

Validity of visa: 3 months, stay time: from the next day after entry, the longest stay is 15 days.

Processing time of entry permit: 3-4 working days (if there are special reasons such as holidays of Taiwan Immigration Department, it shall be postponed.)

You can apply for the entry permit only after you have obtained the mainland resident's pass to Taiwan. Once again, I remind you that you can't apply for the entry permit by yourself. You must apply for it through a designated travel agency. The entry permit is valid for three months from the date of issuance.

To apply for the entry permit, scanning copies of relevant data shall be provided to the agent as required.

2、 Materials required to apply for the entry permit:

My 2-inch white background color photo (recent half year photo, ear exposure required) specification: the size is required to be 4.5cm long and 3.5cm wide, and the length of the portrait from the top of the head to the chin shall not be less than 3.2cm and not more than 3.6cm.

(5) Emergency contact information

1. The mainland emergency contact must have a direct family relationship with the traveler. If it is unable to show the relationship certificate, it is necessary to go to the public security organ to issue the kinship certificate;

(6) . Financial Certificate (1 out of 3)

Financial proof must be provided for the above 20 years old:

1. Original certificate of fixed deposit of at least 50000 yuan issued by the bank. The certificate of deposit must indicate that it has been frozen for more than 3 months.

2. The company issues the annual income certificate, the annual salary is more than 130000 yuan, and the head paper is printed with the official seal.

3. Credit card issued by the bank (gold card is shown on the card face), copy of the front and back (color printing, signature on the back).

Note: in the past three years, those who have applied for personal travel permit to travel to Taiwan and have no violation of regulations need not to provide financial certificate again if they apply for personal travel to Taiwan again (whether they meet the requirements of the second entry exemption of financial certificate is subject to the final audit result of the Immigration Department).

(7) - proof of kinship

(1) . if parents / children go together and the account book can reflect the parent-child relationship, please provide a copy of the whole account book. (2) . if the parents / children are not in the same household register, or the household register cannot directly infer the parent-child relationship, the birth certificate and other relative relationship certificates (please provide the original copy). (3) . if the husband and wife go together, the original marriage certificate and the full copy of the household register shall be attached (if both parties are not on the same household register, the full copy of the household register of both parties shall be attached).

(8) Personal travel application form of people in mainland China: the applicant shall complete the form with black water pen and sign in Chinese in the signature column. This form can be completed in simplified Chinese.

(9) Application form for personal travel to Taiwan by people in mainland China: the applicant shall complete the form with black water pen. Please fill in the return date, flight information, brief itinerary in Taiwan (city and sightseeing contents must be written clearly every day), hotel (if not arranged, the name of the expected Hotel and homestay), contact person in Taiwan (if any), etc. If you sign up for a private tour in Taiwan, you do not need to provide this item.

(10) . list of accompanying relatives in mainland China (only one copy is required for accompanying relatives of the same applicant): if the guest's family travels, the immediate blood relatives (i.e. parents, grandparents, children) and spouse can apply as' accompanying relatives'. Fill in the list of accompanying relatives in mainland China, and the applicant can provide a financial certificate. If a person under the age of 18 travels with his or her immediate blood relatives, if the traveler does not include any of his or her biological parents, he or she must attach a letter of authorization from his or her biological parents. Collateral relatives and friends must apply separately and provide their own financial certificates and other relevant materials. The applicant should complete the form in black ink. (11) . insurance policy: you must have taken out travel F.P.A. insurance, and provide the policy or supporting documents (electronic policy can be provided). The insurance shall cover medical and rehabilitation expenses, and the total insurance limit shall not be less than NT $2 million (equivalent to NT $500000).

Students over 18 years old

Students over 18 years old, however, 18-20 years old need their parents to sign the consent form. Students with 26 open cities registered in mainland China can apply for free travel to Taiwan. On July 1, 2013, the convenience measures implemented in the mainland, students studying in 47 open and free cities can also apply for large card and g-signature in reading cities, so they can also apply for free travel to Taiwan. It must be a full-time school, including a full-time university.

Children under 18

Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to apply for individual travel in Taiwan alone. They must be accompanied by their immediate family members. For those who pass with their parents, if the household register can reflect the relationship with their parents, only a copy of the whole household register shall be provided; if the household register cannot reflect the relationship with their parents, a birth certificate or kinship certificate shall be provided.
