1、 Whether employees of Beijing company need to pay social security

According to the provisions on the administration of the declaration and payment of social insurance premiums, the employer shall apply for the registration of social insurance and the declaration and payment of social insurance premiums for its employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance registration is not handled, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium that it shall pay.
The social insurance premium mentioned in the Provisions refers to the basic endowment insurance premium, basic medical insurance premium, industrial injury insurance premium, unemployment insurance premium and maternity insurance premium paid by the employer and its employees to participate in the social insurance according to law.
According to the provisions, the employer shall inform the employees of the details of the payment of social insurance premiums on a monthly basis, and shall notify the employees' Congress of the employer or prominently announce the payment of social insurance premiums of the employer throughout the year at the domicile of the employer and accept the supervision of the employees. In view of the fact that some employers fail to pay the social insurance premiums in full and on time, it is clearly stipulated that the social insurance agency shall order them to pay or make up within a time limit, and impose a late payment fine of 0.5 & permil; on a daily basis from the date of overdue payment; if they still fail to pay within the time limit, the social insurance administrative department shall impose a fine of more than one time and less than three times the amount of overdue payment.
