1、 Applicable to:

(1) According to the provisions of the "measures for the permission of civil servants and persons with special status to enter the mainland of China", those civil servants in Taiwan who are not allowed to enter the mainland of China to visit relatives, visit doctors or go to mourning are consanguineous within the third degree in the mainland of China.

(2) In accordance with Article 16, paragraph 2, of the cross strait regulations, an application may be made for settlement in Taiwan.

(3) Their parents and children are registered in Taiwan.

(4) In Taiwan, people with original household registration have three blood relatives in Taiwan.

(5) Their children are the spouses of the people in Taiwan, and they are allowed to stay in Taiwan for a long time.

(6) He has lived in a free area for 2 consecutive years and obtained the right of local residence, and has direct blood relatives or spouses in Taiwan (the relatives in Taiwan are foreigners, Hong Kong and Macao residents, who must be allowed to stay in Taiwan). The applicants under subparagraphs (1), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, who are over 60 years old, seriously ill or seriously injured, may apply for one of their spouses or children to go with them.

2、 Application times and precautions:

(1) The number of applications for home visit and extension as specified in paragraphs (1), (3) to (5) of the first point of application is limited to two times per year. The duration of each stay is one month. If you want to apply for one more stay after leaving the country, you should apply for one extension (one month) before the expiration of one month. However, the total duration of each stay shall not exceed two months (calculated based on the year of application). The period of stay shall be calculated from the day following the date of entry. For example, if the applicant is allowed to stay for one month, he / she shall leave on July 15 when he / she lands on June 15.

(2) In accordance with paragraph 2, Article 16 of the cross strait Ordinance, a settler who applies for a stay in Taiwan and an extension of stay may be granted a stay period of one to three months at a time, with a total stay period of no more than six months per year. A settler who is a child of the people of Taiwan and is under the age of 12 may not be allowed to stay for more than six months, and may apply for an extension if necessary, each time The extension shall not exceed 6 months.

(3) Where an application is made under point 6, the period of stay shall not exceed one month, and an extension of stay may be applied for once if necessary, and the period shall not exceed one month.

(4) In case of any overdue stay in Taiwan or any activity inconsistent with the purpose of visiting relatives, the applicant shall apply for a short stay in Taiwan after the expiration of the period of no permission, but not for funeral.

(5) When people from mainland China apply to enter Taiwan, the attached documents made in mainland China shall be verified by the Taiwan Straits Exchange Foundation.

(6) If the applicant wishes to come to Taiwan by direct cross-strait flights, please tick "other" in the "third region" of the application form and note "direct cross-strait flights".

3、 Documents to be prepared:

(1) Please fill in the application form of people from mainland China for entering and leaving Taiwan in detail, and paste the thin glossy paper on the front half of the body with white background, which has been photographed in the last year, 4.5cm straight and 3.5cm horizontal, hat off, without colored glasses, clear facial features, no covering, enough to identify the person's appearance, and the length of the figure from the top of the head to the bottom of the jaw shall not be less than 3.2cm and more than 3.6cm Photos, and composite photos shall not be modified or used.

(2) Photocopy of mainland resident identity card, other licenses or sufficient proof of identity document.

(5) Letter of guarantee: the guarantor shall issue a personally signed letter of guarantee, and the original and photocopy of the guarantor's national ID card shall be returned after the original is checked, and shall be checked by the service stations of the Immigration Department (please refer to the instructions on the back of the letter of guarantee for the qualification of the guarantor).

(6) Power of attorney: in addition to the personal delivery by the applicant in the overseas region, Hong Kong or Macao or the person under investigation, the power of attorney shall be attached to the delivery by other relatives and friends or travel agencies in Taiwan.

(7) One photocopy of the re-entry visa or residence permit or Hong Kong identity card of the third region (if the applicant is in the mainland and has not yet obtained the re-entry visa of the third region, he shall, upon arrival in Hong Kong, obtain the original of the re-entry and exit permit of Taiwan from the Chek Lap Kok Airport Office of China travel agency with the certificate issued by the Hong Kong government).

4、 Application method:

(1) Applicants in overseas areas shall apply to our embassies and consulates, representative offices, offices or other authorized institutions of the Ministry of foreign affairs.

(2) Applicants in Hong Kong or Macao shall apply to Hong Kong China Travel Agency (4 / F, Libao building, Libao center, 89 Queensway, Hong Kong) or Macao Taipei Economic and cultural center (F-K, 6 / F, Emperor Plaza, 411-417, song Yusheng Plaza, new port, Macao).

5、 Extension method:

Before the expiration of 1 month of the stay period, the applicant shall prepare:

(1) Application for extension.

(2) Original entry and exit permit.

(3) The mainland pass or passport is still valid for more than one month.

(4) The extension fee of NT $200 will be applied directly to the county and city service stations of the immigration and Immigration Department (mail application will not be accepted).

(5) The original ID card of the applicant (returned after inspection).
