Clinical application of white percussion

1. It can be used together with Atractylodes macrocephala, Pinellia ternata and tangerine peel.

2. It can be used for qi stagnation and chest tightness, and can be used with Magnolia officinalis and Fructus aurantii.

3. It can be used at the beginning of wet temperature. If it is hot, it can be used with Scutellaria, forsythia and bamboo leaves; if it is wet, it can be used with products of light infiltration and diuresis, such as talcum, Yiren and Tongcao.

Identification of white kowtow

Take the volatile oil under the item of [content determination] as the test solution, take the Eucalyptus essence reference solution (if necessary, add ethanol to dilute it appropriately), and take 10 & mu of each of the two solutions according to the test of thin layer chromatography (Appendix Ⅵ b); l. Spot on the same silica gel G thin layer plate respectively, take benzene ethyl acetate (19:1) as the developing agent, develop, take out, air dry, spray with 5% vanillin sulfuric acid solution, heat at 105 ℃ until the spots are clear, and inspect immediately. In the chromatogram of the test article, the spots of the same color are displayed at the corresponding positions of the chromatogram of the reference article.
