The interview list of 2019 national examination has just been released, with 41893 candidates on the list. Scores and reallocation announcements were also released. Candidates who have not entered the interview list since tomorrow can also apply for adjustment. More than 14500 people are planned to be employed by the central government and its directly affiliated institutions, and 920000 people will actually take part in the examination finally, with a reference rate of about 84.5%. The proportion between the number of people taking the examination and the number of employment plans is about 63:1.

The qualified score line of provincial (including sub provincial) and above institutions is: the total score is no less than 105 points, and the administrative vocational ability test is no less than 60 points.

The qualified score line of municipal (prefecture) and county (District) institutions is: the total score is no less than 90 points, and the administrative vocational ability test is no less than 50 points.

The qualified score line for positions with preferential policies is:

In the western region and the hard and remote areas (Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang and other 15 provinces, regions and cities), the qualification score line of the organization position at the level of city (prefecture) and county (District) is: the total score is not less than 85 points, and the administrative vocational ability test is not less than 45 points.

The qualified scores of College Students' village officials and "three supports and one support" service grass-roots project personnel for targeted recruitment are: the total score is not less than 85 points, and the administrative vocational ability test is not less than 45 points.

The qualified score line of non lingua franca positions is: the total score is no less than 85 points, and the administrative professional ability test is no less than 45 points.

The qualified score line of special professional position is: the total score is no less than 85 points, and the administrative professional ability test is no less than 45 points.

The scores of public subjects for the positions of cbcirc, CSRC and people's police of public security organs shall be determined according to the level of the positions, and the scores of professional subjects shall not be less than 45.

The state civil service bureau will determine the list of interviewees for each position according to the proportion of interviews prescribed for each position and the order of written test scores from high to low, and publish it to the public in a unified way. The interview work will be organized and implemented by the recruitment agencies. According to the recruitment implementation plan, the interview work will be completed by the end of March this year. Before the interview, the recruitment organ will publish an interview announcement on the website of the central organ and its directly affiliated institutions for the recruitment of civil servants in 2019, indicating the list of interviewers, the minimum score line for the interview, the interview time, the interview place, contact information and other information.

The state civil service bureau will organize two public transfers in January and may this year for some positions where the number of people who pass the written examination in public subjects fails to meet the required proportion of interviews.

This year, the state civil service bureau, in accordance with the measures for the handling of violations of rules and regulations in the examination and employment of civil servants, seriously dealt with the personnel who violated the examination discipline, and recorded the information of relevant personnel in the archives of civil service examination and employment integrity.

The number of qualified candidates for written examination of some positions who fail to meet the specified interview proportion needs to be adjusted and supplemented to the public.

The following conditions shall be met for participating in the coordination:

(1) Reallocation is carried out between positions with the same content of public subject examination (that is, candidates respond to the same type of examination papers);

(2) Candidates who have entered the first batch of interview list shall not participate in the adjustment;

(3) Candidates participating in the adjustment can only apply for one adjustment position;

(4) Candidates applying for reallocation shall meet the qualification conditions and requirements prescribed for reallocation positions;

(5) The written examination results of the candidates applying for reallocation in public subjects shall reach the minimum qualified score line of the original position and the minimum qualified score line of the position to be reallocated at the same time;

(6) Those who enter the first batch of transfer list shall not participate in the replacement of the original positions.

Coordination procedure and qualification examination

(1) From now on, candidates can log in to the website of the central authority and its directly affiliated institutions for the 2019 annual examination and employment of civil servants (http://bm.scs.gov.cn/kl2019) to inquire about the position, number of persons, examination category, qualification conditions, contact information of recruitment agencies, etc.

(2) During the period from 8:00 on Saturday, January 19 to 18:00 on Monday, January 21, 2019, the candidates log in to the website of the central authority and its directly affiliated institutions for the recruitment of civil servants in 2019 through the user name and password at the time of application, and fill in the relevant information of application for adjustment. If the candidates need to consult the information such as profession, education background, degree, qualification conditions and remarks, please contact the recruitment office directly. Before the end of submitting the reallocation application time, candidates can change the positions for reallocation application.

When the candidates who are not registered online participate in the adjustment, please contact the recruitment agency directly and submit the written materials to the recruitment agency for review before 18:00 on January 21, 2019 (Monday).

(3) From 8:00 on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 to 18:00 on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, the recruiting authority shall conduct qualification examination on the online and non online reallocation applications of its own organization (unit). At the time of qualification examination, the recruitment organ shall carry out the examination in the order of the candidates' written scores in public subjects from high to low. If the total scores of written examination in public subjects are the same, they shall be ranked according to the scores of administrative vocational ability test. If the total scores of written test and administrative vocational ability test in public subjects are the same, they shall be subject to qualification examination. After the number of persons who have passed the coordination examination reaches the number of persons who have been transferred, the recruitment organ shall no longer conduct qualification examination on other persons.

After the adjustment, a list of candidates for the interview and professional ability test will be formed, and will be published on the website of the central authority and its directly affiliated institutions for the recruitment of civil servants in 2019. After January 25, 2019, candidates can visit the special website to inquire the adjustment results.
