1. Language should be accurate and concise

Conciseness requires the combination of generality and concreteness in the elaboration of views, without any trouble, without generality and cumbersome, and with simple and clear words.
2. Be good at focusing on key points
The summary involves all aspects of the work of the unit, but we must focus on the key points instead of focusing on priorities, priorities and aspects. What is the key point? It refers to the main experience obtained in the work, or the main problems found, or the objective laws explored. Don't spread your writing and ink, and keep it all together. At present, some summaries are longer and longer. 3. Adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts

But common experience summaries often fail to pay attention to this point. 5. Write with characteristics
Characteristic is to distinguish the attributes of other things. Different units have different achievements. This year's summary of the same unit should be different from that of previous years. Now some of them always feel the same after reading. In some units, the summary system has been consistent for several years, with similar contents, but some figures have been changed. Such a summary lacks practical value.
