How to adjust IOS sensitivity? Six tips for using sensitivity

Many students want to have their own SLR, and then take it out to take the photos they want. But it's not so easy to take photos with SLR. There are many skills we need to practice. Today's editor is going to talk about how to adjust the sensitivity of IOS. Here are six tips for using sensitivity.

1. If you are still using ISO 100, start using ISO 200

If you have been taking pictures for a while, you may try to keep ISO at ISO 100 to get the best picture quality. Although it's very safe, as mentioned above, the camera technology has made a lot of progress now. Using a higher level ISO can't see the difference, but it gives you more space to adjust the aperture shutter.

2. ISO 400 for cloudy or dusk days

Don't hesitate to set ISO to 400 (or higher, depending on your camera) if necessary. If you have clouds outside, or if the sun begins to set, raising the ISO can make your shooting smoother.

3. ISO 800 for quick action

It is ideal to use high ISO when shooting sports, water flowers and so on,

Although noise can appear, it is better than blurring the picture.

4. Indoor use ISO 1600

When the shooting location is transferred to the indoor, ISO is still very low, there will be risks. Unless tripod can be used, otherwise for the sake of the effect of the photo, more than 1600 will be ideal.

5. Don't be afraid to use ISO 6400

For example, in the room, because you can't use the flash, you can use a large diaphragm lens and adjust ISO to 6400 for shooting. Although the photos are not perfect, you can use the later stage to correct some noise problems.

6. Select higher ISO appropriately

Although we all don't want to take pictures with too high ISO. Moreover, when the ISO value is 6400 or 12800, there will be noise problems. However, too slow shutter is much more than noise problems, so we suggest you try more.

About the application of ISO sensitivity, I'll tell you about it today. I hope it can help you.
