The 5g cities announced by the three major operators only indicate that the operators will conduct their own 5g experimental network test locally, while the 5g experimental network cities announced by the national development and Reform Commission have established and promoted the development of 5g industry from the national level, which is of great industrial significance. Previously, the national development and Reform Commission said that 5g pilot cities focus on municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capitals and major cities in the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.
