The diseases of patients with this kind of genetic diseases include retinocytoma, myotonic dystrophy, hereditary spastic ataxia, and achondroplasia. The common characteristic of these diseases is that they can cause obvious deformity of fetus, can not study, work and live normally, and can be inherited directly. For example, hepatolenticular nuclear disease is a genetic disease of copper metabolism disorder. After the onset of the disease, there are nerve symptoms such as tremor, muscle tension enhancement, mental retardation and liver disease symptoms such as jaundice, ascites, hepatosplenomegaly.
