According to the notice on adjusting the basic pension of retirees in 2018 issued by the Ministry of human resources and social security and the Ministry of Finance (Ministry of human resources and social security [2018 No.18) spirit, with the approval of the Ministry of human resources and social security and the Ministry of finance, the provincial people's government has decided to adjust and increase the basic pension for the retirees who have gone through the retirement procedures and received the basic pension monthly before December 31, 2017, starting from January 1, 2018. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Adjustment range
Retirees (including retirees) who have gone through retirement procedures and received basic pension monthly before December 31, 2017.
2、 Adjustment criteria
（1） The basic pension of retirees will be increased by 45 yuan per month.
（2） On the basis of (I) adjustment, for the retirees participating in the basic endowment insurance of enterprise employees, according to their payment years (including the deemed payment years, excluding the converted working years), the pension of the tomb will be increased by 2.8 yuan every one year, and the payment years less than one year will be recorded as one year (the payment years will be calculated to months); According to the opinions of the people's Government of Hunan Province on the implementation of the reform of the endowment insurance system for the staff of government institutions (xzf [2015] No. 38), the number of retirees participating in the basic endowment insurance for the staff of government institutions is based on their basic pension in December 2017, increasing by 2.7% every month. If the basic pension for the disabled retirees is less than 134 yuan, it shall be increased by 134 yuan.
（3） On the basis of the adjustment in Item (I) (II), the basic pension will be increased by 20 yuan per month for retirees over 70 years old (including 70 years old) and under 80 years old before December 31, 2017, and 30 yuan per month for retirees over 80 years old (including 80 years old) before December 31, 2017.
（4） On the basis of (I) (II) and (III) adjustments, for the retirees in hard and remote areas (Sangzhi County, Jianghua Yao Autonomous County, Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, Mayang Miao Autonomous County, Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County, Tongdao Dong Autonomous County, Jishou City, Huxi County, Fenghuang County, Huayuan County, Baojing County, Guzhang County, Yongshun County and Longshan County), the basic pension will be increased every month 5 yuan.
