Four Misunderstandings of social security transfer
1. Social security transfer, can only transfer endowment insurance?
1) According to Article 19 of the social insurance law of the people's Republic of China, if an individual is employed across the overall planning area, his basic endowment insurance relationship shall be transferred with him, and the payment period shall be accumulated. When an individual reaches the legal retirement age, the basic pension shall be calculated in sections and paid uniformly;
2) According to Article 32 of the social insurance law of the people's Republic of China, if an individual is employed across the overall planning area, his / her basic medical insurance relationship will be transferred with him / her, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively;
3) According to Article 52 of the social insurance law of the people's Republic of China, if the employees are employed across the overall planning area, their unemployment insurance relationship will be transferred with them, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively.
Therefore, the transfer of social security relationship can transfer endowment insurance, medical insurance and unemployment insurance. However, in practice, only endowment insurance can be transferred, and medical insurance and unemployment insurance can only be transferred if the new workplace is accepted.
2. Social security transfer, can only transfer personal account?
1) What medical insurance transfers is the amount of personal account and payment period
Trans provincial transfer: from July 1, 2010, migrant workers can transfer their medical insurance relationship when they are employed across provinces, and their personal accounts can be transferred with the transfer. 2) What endowment insurance transfers is the amount of individual account and payment period
Trans provincial transfer: according to the Interim Measures for the transfer and continuation of basic endowment insurance relationship of urban enterprise employees, the transfer of endowment insurance relationship to individual part is transferred in full amount, 12% of the transfer payment base of the unit payment part, equivalent to 60% of the unit payment part;
Intra province transfer: it does not involve the payment part of the unit. No matter whether the payment part of the unit is transferred or not, it does not affect the individual account rights and interests of the insured. It is only the fund balance between the social security institutions of both parties.
3) Unemployment insurance transfer
Trans provincial transfer: you can choose to enjoy unemployment insurance treatment in the place where the original employer is located or where the household registration is located;
Transfer within the province: the agency shall handle the transfer procedures of unemployment insurance relationship in accordance with the regulations.
Unemployment insurance benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the standards of the place where the household registration is located, and shall be distributed by the agency of the place where the household registration is located in accordance with the provisions.

Endowment insurance transfer process
Step 1: print the insurance payment voucher

4. As long as you don't reach retirement age, you can transfer social security?
1) If the male insured person is over 50 years old and the female insured person is over 40 years old, there is no need to transfer immediately. When the legal retirement age is reached, the endowment insurance relationship and fund will be transferred to the place where the benefits are received;
2) If the male insured person is less than 50 years old and the female insured person is less than 40 years old, they can transfer the pension insurance relationship and fund of the original working place to the new employment place if they are employed in other places;
