1. Submit a completed application form for mainland residents to and from Hong Kong and Macao. 4. Submit the corresponding supporting materials for the reason of going to Hong Kong and Macao:
(1) for those who apply to work in Hong Kong under the Hong Kong talent import scheme, submit a copy of the employment entry permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department and the original one for examination.
(2) for applications for 'dependants' (family members of employees) in Hong Kong, a copy of the' entry permit 'for family members issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department shall be submitted and the original shall be examined.
(3) for those who apply for training in Hong Kong, submit a copy of the "entry permit" for training issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, and submit the original for examination.
(4) for those who go to Hong Kong for study, submit the admission notice or certificate of higher education institutions in Hong Kong and Macao approved by the national education authority to enroll in the mainland and the copy of "admission permit" for students issued by Hong Kong Immigration Department, and submit the original; for those who go to Macao for study, submit the "confirmation of admission certificate" issued by Macao higher education auxiliary office and the "admission pass" of higher education institutions in Macao The original copy of the notice shall be submitted.
(5) for those who go to Hong Kong to engage in labor services, submit the supplementary labor type 'entry permit' issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, the examination and approval form for labor cooperation projects in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and the certificate issued by the labor service company to engage in labor services in Hong Kong.
(6) for those who go to Macao to engage in labor services, submit the "forecast list of non local labor employed" approved by the entry and exit Affairs Department of Macao Public Security Police Bureau; the copy of the "approval form for labor cooperation projects in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region" issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and the certificate issued by the labor service company to engage in labor services in Macao.
(7) for those who go to the education, science and technology, culture, health and other departments of Macao to engage in professional and technical labor services, the approval documents issued by the Department of social culture or the Department of economy and finance of Macao and the "forecast list of employed non local labor" approved by the entry and exit Affairs Department of Macao Public Security Police Bureau shall be provided.
(8) if the family members of the service workers in Macao go to Macao, they shall provide the approval notice issued by the entry exit Affairs Department of the Macao Public Security Police Bureau, and the copy of Macao non local service identity card of the service workers in Macao.
