3、 Family poverty certificate requirements
（1） The poverty certificate requires the lender's name to appear in clear text and be completely consistent with the name on my ID card. It cannot be replaced by homonym, non-standard abbreviation, or wrong type. The name of the lender shall not be altered.
（2） The poverty certificate requires the official seal of the people's Government of the township (town) where the family is located, or the official seal of the higher competent department. The valid official seals include: township (town) people's government, County Civil Affairs Bureau and Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau. Urban residents can be residents' committees, sub district offices and community seals.
