1. Eat more warm food and avoid cold

For older children, parents can appropriately let them eat more lamb, beef, quail, sesame, yam, etc. There are many ways to supplement, such as ginseng chicken soup, donkey hide gelatin Guiyuan soup, yam and wolfberry steamed chicken, etc.

Raw materials:

400g mutton, 400g green radish, 200g carrot, a small amount of salt, ginger, bay leaf and fennel.

Practice:

1) Cut the fresh mutton, peeled carrot and green radish, cut the hob, sliced ginger into thick slices;

2) Put mutton in a casserole, add cold water, boil to remove froth, add some ginger slices, 1 bay leaf and more than ten fennel, simmer for 40 minutes;

Matching suggestions:

There are enough meat and green radishes, but there are few varieties of vegetables, no dark green vegetables. It is suggested to match with fresh green leafy vegetables such as boiled cabbage heart, plus a braised bean or fried bean sprouts and other low oil vegetables rich in fiber.
