1、 Apply for the mainland resident's pass to and from Taiwan

1. Account book: original and copy of account book (home page and personal page).

2. Photos: 3 2-inch color photos with white background and no crown on the front within 6 months shall be identified as the same person as the resident ID card of the mainland.

3. Invoice: 1 travel expense invoice, with the name of the guest written on the head.

4. Application form: 1 copy of the application form for examination and approval of mainland residents to and from Taiwan signed by myself. If they are cadres at or above the level of deputy department, they need to report to the superior unit for approval and seal on the back of the form, which may take a long time.

5. Pass for mainland residents to and from Taiwan: if you have a pass, please provide the latest one (it must be valid for more than 6 months).

6. ID card: original and copy of ID card.

Note: guests need to take the original ID card and account book to handle by themselves. After handling the mainland resident's pass to Taiwan, it will be handed over to the corresponding travel agency.
