According to the big data analysis of spring transportation passenger flow in previous years, combined with the investigation of spring transportation passenger flow in 2019, the Group expects that the peak day of spring transportation will appear on the 23rd, 28th, 29th of the lunar month and the 5th, 6th, 7th, 16th, 17th, 19th of the first day of the first month. The passenger flow of railway stations in Zhengzhou, Shangqiu, Kaifeng, Nanyang, Luoyang, Anyang, Xinxiang and other places is large, and they will be sent to other places after the festival Passenger flow in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Kunming and other directions will continue to grow at a high level.
During the Spring Festival transportation, the group gave full play to the advantages of common speed, high-speed rail and intercity road network, coordinated the capacity of high-speed rail and common speed channel, fully optimized the passenger train operation structure, launched the mode of "common speed, high-speed rail and intercity" capacity complementarity, and increased the allocation of key directions and trains. According to the relevant person in charge of the group company, 558.5 pairs of passenger cars will be operated in the Spring Festival in 2019, including 298.5 pairs of high-speed rail and 260 pairs of normal speed passenger cars.
Rest area for mother and baby will be set at stations above prefecture level

The group company optimizes the flow of passengers entering, waiting, checking, getting on, taking and leaving the station, strengthens the guidance of passengers in the ticket office, entrance and exit, waiting room and other places with dense passenger flow, and adds a green channel for fast entry at the entrance of major stations in the city with concentrated passenger flow to ensure smooth passenger entry and exit. Further improve the key passenger service equipment and facilities of major railway stations in charge, open up key passenger service channels, and set up rest areas for mothers and infants in the waiting areas of stations above the municipal level in charge of the mainland.
