From November 30, 2018, our bank will provide the reserved exchange service for the 70th anniversary banknote in the designated branch office. Now, the specific matters are announced as follows:
1、 Distribution mode and region
The 70th anniversary banknotes shall be issued in two batches by appointment. After the end of the appointment exchange period, the 70 anniversary banknotes that have not been exchanged by appointment shall be exchanged with the public on-site. Our bank undertakes the first batch of advance issuance of banknotes in Tianjin, Shanxi, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Chongqing and Shaanxi, and the second batch of advance issuance in Hubei.

2、 Appointment period
The reservation period is from November 30 to December 3, 2018, and two batches of 70th anniversary bills are reserved at the same time.

3、 Appointment exchange period
The first batch of reserved exchange period is from December 28, 2018 to January 4, 2019. The second batch of reserved exchange period is from January 11, 2019 to January 15, 2019. During this period, those who have made an appointment successfully can go to the agreed business outlets to make an appointment for exchange business within the exchange period of the corresponding batch with the original valid identity certificate registered at the time of making an appointment, and the reservation for the 70th anniversary banknotes that have not been exchanged within the exchange period of the appointment will be invalid.
4、 Appointment and exchange rules
1. For the 70th anniversary, each person can reserve and exchange 20 bills.
2. The valid ID card for appointment and exchange must be the second generation of resident ID card.
3. Only one valid reservation is allowed for each person in each batch, and repeated reservation is invalid.
4. Each designated outlet has a limited amount of reserved exchange, which is available first, and ends after the appointment.
5. If the reservation is successful, the original ID certificate of the reservation registration shall be presented to the agreed outlet for exchange, and the SMS shall not be used as the voucher for exchange.
6. The person who receives on behalf of others shall exchange the original ID card registered by the person who receives on behalf of others, and the number of person who receives on behalf of others shall not exceed 5.
7. The exchange can only be completed once for each person, and cannot be exchanged in several times.
8. If the exchange is not made within the exchange period of the current batch appointment, or the exchange is not handled according to the regulations, it shall be deemed to be abandoned automatically.
5、 On site exchange period
February 22 to February 28, 2019 is the on-site exchange period. The remaining 70 year old banknotes that have been reserved but not exchanged will be exchanged to the public through on-site direct exchange. Please go to the designated commercial bank outlet for processing.
