As for examination precautions, the provincial education examination institute has the following cautions
1. Familiarize yourself with the examination hall one day in advance
Candidates should get familiar with the examination hall one day before the examination, understand the specific location and bus route of the examination hall, and carefully read the public information of the examination hall. All examination sites in our province have provided standardized examination stationery for examinees. Candidates should be familiar with the test room and take good care of the items in the test room according to the requirements of the test site.
2. Take all certificates to take the exam
Candidates must bring their second generation ID card and admission card to the examination hall for the examination. Candidates should actively cooperate with the entrance security inspection and identity verification work. If there are any items other than those specified, they should actively hand them in. If the security inspection equipment alarms during the inspection process, they should consciously explain and show the relevant metal items to the invigilator. The prohibited items must be placed in the small items storage place. Candidates who are unable to carry out safety examination due to physical reasons (such as equipped with a pacemaker, etc.) must have a certificate issued by a third-class hospital or above. The invigilator has the right to forbid the examinee who refuses to cooperate with the examination from entering the examination room, and the examinee shall be responsible for the delayed examination time. After passing the security check, you can enter the site and enter the seat according to the number. Put the "examination permit" and the second generation of resident identity card beside the seat sign on the table for verification.
3. Master the test time. The clock in the test room is only for reference
The test time on December 22 and 23 is 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 14:00-17:00 p.m.; the test time on December 24 is 8:30-14:30. Candidates should wait 30 minutes before each test (35 minutes before the first test) and line up for safety inspection before this test room.
Candidates are not allowed to open the test bag before the prescribed opening time; candidates are not allowed to answer before the opening signal is sent. 15 minutes after the start of the examination, late candidates are not allowed to enter the examination hall. Candidates should submit papers no earlier than 30 minutes before the end of the examination. Candidates are not allowed to enter the examination room for further examination, or to stay or talk near the examination hall.
Candidates are not allowed to bring timers such as watches into the examination room. The examination hall provides the wall clock as the timing reference, and the opening and final examination time are subject to the unified signal of the examination site.
Special tips: candidates must remember not to bring their mobile phones into the examination room, otherwise they will be treated as cheating.
4. Pay attention to the standard of answering questions and observe the discipline of the examination room
In 2019, the national postgraduate entrance examination will carry out online marking. In order to ensure the quality of the answers, candidates must use standardized stationery to answer questions (0.5mm black ink signing pen is required for the answers, 2B pencil is required for the card application, and no correction fluid is allowed); Candidates shall answer questions outside the sealing line of the answer sheet or in the area specified in the answer sheet. They are not allowed to answer questions with pens and papers other than those specified. Answers written on draft paper or outside the specified area are invalid. They are not allowed to make any mark on the answer sheet or answer sheet.
After getting the answer card and the test bag, the examinee should check whether the paper (card) is the subject of the exam in the class against the examination permit; read the notes on the answer card carefully; count the number and page number of the test paper (including the answer card), check whether the test paper is missing, reprinted, illegible and damaged; If the examination paper and answer card are required to be replaced only after the examination starts, the delayed examination time shall not be compensated.
After checking, candidates should fill in the name, candidate number and other information accurately and clearly with a 0.5mm black ink signing pen at the designated location and within the specified time, and correctly fill in the "candidate number" information point with a 2B pencil. For the four subjects of comprehensive ability of Ideological and political theory, English I, English II and management combined examination with one question and multiple volumes, it is also necessary to paste the 'test paper barcode' into the 'test paper barcode paste position' designated by the answer card, and fill in the name and candidate number on the test paper. If the 'barcode' of the test paper is not pasted, and the result of marking is affected by the missing, wrong or unclear answers, the responsibility shall be borne by the examinee. After the invigilator pastes the candidate's information bar code, the candidate shall check the bar code carefully. If the printed name and candidate number on the bar code do not match with the candidate, the candidate shall immediately raise his hand to inquire.
Bar code is the main basis for scanning and identifying examinee's information and test subject category. Examinee shall keep the bar code clean and complete. It is strictly forbidden to write or draw on the bar code. If the bar code is damaged or pasted wrongly, examinee shall not do anything, and report to the invigilator immediately.
Candidates should keep the answer sheet clean, no folding, no tearing.
After the end of the test signal is sent out, candidates must stop writing immediately, otherwise, it will be treated as a violation of the test. Candidates should put the national unified examination papers back into the small test paper bag, and put them on the table according to the answer card of the unified examination subject, and then put them in the order of test paper bag and draft paper; self proposition papers and their answers and answer paper should be put into the original test paper bag and sealed. Candidates are not allowed to omit to fill in the test questions and answers, or they will be responsible for the consequences. After checking by the invigilator, the examinee can sign on the signature form of examinee's submission before leaving the examination room orderly. Candidates are not allowed to take the test paper, answer card, answer paper (or answer paper) and draft paper away from the examination room, otherwise, the examination results of the subject will be cancelled according to the provisions of the national measures for the treatment of violations of educational examination.
5. Honest examination, refuse to cheat
If any examinee enters the examination hall with communication tools, hires someone to take the examination on behalf of others, or commits other irregularities, the educational examination institution will deal with it in strict accordance with the national measures for the treatment of educational examination irregularities, record it in the examinee's integrity file as an important content of ideological and moral assessment and an important basis for admission, and notify the school or unit where the cheating examinee is located. In addition to order 33 of the Ministry of education, such illegal acts as organizing cheating in examinations, illegally selling or providing answers to questions, inviting others to take the examinations on behalf of others or taking the examinations on behalf of others will also be dealt with in accordance with the criminal law amendment (IX).
