6、 Activity form and preparation
1. Christmas tree: it is proposed to borrow the Christmas tree from the Sales Department of fashion island. Before purchasing the Christmas tree, we will comprehensively consider the needs of this activity, select a relatively tall and lush Christmas tree, and order the decorations of the Christmas tree in advance.
2. Coffee and pastry: round tables and stools are placed in a circle in the front square. Employees can eat barbecue and cake while participating in games or watching programs.
3. Let all employees prepare Christmas gifts for each other in advance, advocate good quality, low price and ingenuity, and stick the numbered post it notes on the gifts, which are signed by the gift providers respectively, so as to facilitate the gift exchange in the follow-up activities.
4. Materials preparation for other festival atmosphere: each employee shall issue a Christmas hat, preferably with a Taidong logo; make simple arrangement on site to set off the festive and active festival atmosphere on site; broadcast Christmas carols such as "Christmas Eve" and "Christmas bells" on site.
7、 Activity process
1. Happy prayer: Send a nice Christmas greeting card to every employee participating in the activity, fill in the Christmas wish by yourself, hang it on the Christmas tree of the marketing center, and then close your eyes to make a wish.
2. Game link: listen to music to rob the stool, guess the song crazily on the spot (rush to answer), clap seven orders (those who report to seven can't report, but clap one's shoulder, and those who make mistakes will perform on the spot). Note: in the game link, it is suggested to set up small rewards to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff.
3. Annual meeting program audition: the annual meeting program of the real estate will be auditioned in this activity in advance, so that the performing staff can adapt to the stage atmosphere in advance, and the audience can put forward suggestions for improvement
4. Give each other the truth: stack all the gifts provided by each employee in the middle, and then draw lots in turn to receive the gifts. After the gifts are drawn, sincerely bless each other to the gift provider.
5. Flying dream: announce the development wish of Taidong real estate on the spot. The leading group will write the wish on the banner paper tied to the big hydrogen balloon, and at the same time write the wish of the staff on it. All the staff will fly the balloon together and take photos together.
