Zhu Changluo, the emperor of Ming Dynasty, was born with his maiden. Although he was the eldest son of the emperor, he was not welcomed. Wanli adopted the tactics of procrastination, which lasted from six years to 29 years, and finally established Zhu Changluo as the prince, which lasted for 23 years.
From the 29th year to the 48th year of Wanli, Prince Zhu Changluo began to wait a long time. He experienced a lot of events, but finally died of his father. In July of the forty eighth year of Wanli, Emperor Wanli died. Zhu Changluo became emperor of mingguangzong. In September of the same year, Zhu Changluo died of illness and was in office for one month.
Zhu Changluo originally designated the year as Taichang, but it would take the second year to be the first year of Taichang. As a result, he did not wait for the second year, and died in forty-eight years of Wanli. Therefore, the officials of rites can only rule that the first half of forty-eight years of Wanli is forty-eight years of Wanli, and the second half of the year is the first year of Taichang.
This is unique in ancient China, and the year "Taichang" was not used in the Ming Dynasty. After mingguangzong's death, because his time in office was too short, he died before the people who built his mausoleum were ready.
Just 160 years ago, Emperor Jingtai built a mausoleum for himself, but later Jingtai was abandoned by Emperor Yingzong of Ming Dynasty, so the mausoleum was always empty. Ministers simply repaired the mausoleum and buried emperor Mingguang. This is mingguangzong, the most unfortunate emperor in the Ming Dynasty, who dragged his lazy father's blessing. He was treated badly before his death.
There was only a second-hand mausoleum after his death, but if mingguangzong had been in power for a longer time, there would be another situation of governing the world in the Ming Dynasty, because he had done a lot of pleasant things in only one month, and it is unknown whether the "governance of Taichang" would have occurred.
