3、 Buried soil preservation

Wash the bacon and drain the water. Wrap it with edible plastic film. The best way is to wrap it with several layers of plastic film. Then wrap it with a thick layer of sticky yellow mud. Finally, bury it in the ground for preservation. This preservation method can last for 3 years, and the taste will be better after taking it out. 4、 Preservation of sealed altar

Chop the cured meat that has been washed and drained into small pieces, and then put it into a ceramic jar. Then put the cooking oil into the jar after it is cooked and cooled. The amount of oil should be able to immerse the bacon. Finally, seal the mouth of the jar. This method of preserved bacon can last for one year.

5、 Other methods

2. Stir fry the salt;

3. Wipe the meat with salt;

4. Put a hole in one end of the meat, put on twine and hang the meat to dry for about 3 hours;

5. Put the meat in a basin, first add half of the bowl of raw soy sauce, about two spoonfuls of old soy sauce;

6. Add a spoonful of sugar, about 40 grams of white wine;

7. Mix the seasoning and meat by hand and marinate for about 12 hours;

8. After 12 hours, hang the meat in the shade to dry, about 12 hours;

9. 12 hours later, put the meat back into the pot with seasoning, and wipe the meat with seasoning again;

10. Crush the anise, cinnamon and pepper with a rolling pin and put them in the meat;

11. Prepare some vitamin C, knock it into powder with rolling pin and sprinkle it on the meat;
