The Ministry of industry and information technology agreed and said that cross regional and cross system customer data verification is involved in the remote account cancellation of mobile phone number. According to the report of three basic telecommunication enterprises, due to historical reasons, the business support systems of each provincial-level company operate independently, but they have not been fully connected yet, and it is not supported to verify the account cancellation information such as user name, product package, contract plan, bill and so on in different places temporarily.
It is understood that three basic telecom enterprises, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, have successively launched card replacement services in different places.
