2. Certificate of conformity of construction and inspection site;

5. Copies of the contract for the assignment of the right to the use of the land and the red line map, or proof of the relationship with the land use right unit and the land use agreement;

6. Copies of the business license for Industry and Commerce and tax registration of the applicant;

7. Certificate of the legal person authorizing the person in charge of the parking lot;

8. Administrator registration form;

9. Two copies of ID card, temporary residence card and one inch color photo of responsible person and administrator.
