3： Difference between visa and passport

The passport is the nationality and identity certificate of the holder, and the visa is the permit of the sovereign state to allow foreign citizens or their own citizens to enter or exit the country or pass through the country. Generally speaking, without a passport, a citizen cannot apply for a visa; without a visa, a licensee cannot be allowed to enter the territory of a country (except for visa exemption).
