If the operating motor vehicle passes the safety technical inspection within the prescribed inspection period, the safety technical inspection shall not be repeated. （6） A vehicle that has exceeded the retirement period may not be transferred (sold) but may continue to be used; in case of sale, you can go to the vehicle management office to handle the scrap form of the vehicle (cancel the file of the vehicle), and then buy and sell the vehicle.
