2. Check whether the base surface of the butt joint is fixed firmly, and reinforce and correct the uneven phenomenon of the butt joint.
Installation method of wooden wire
1. Fixation of wood decorative lines: if conditions permit, glue fixation shall be adopted as far as possible. In case of nailing, it is better to use a nail gun, and the nail head is not allowed to be exposed during nailing. The position of the nail shall be at the groove of the wood line or one side of the back sight line. For example: when the height of the semicircle wooden line is less than 1.6m, it should be nailed at the lower part of the central line of the wooden line; when the height is greater than 1.7m, it should be nailed at the upper part of the central line of the wooden line
2. Wood line splicing: straight splicing or angle splicing can be used first
1》 Straight splicing: the wood line is cut into 30 or 45 angles at the butt joint, and the joint is made after the cross section is glued. The joint is required to be smooth without dislocation;
2》 Angle splicing: place the line on the 45 angle fixer, cut it with a fine saw (to ensure that there is no edge at the end of the section). After the section is coated with glue, align it, and pay attention to that there shall be no dislocation and off joint
