It is reported that on November 30, the Ministry of justice will announce the results of the 2018 national unified legal vocational qualification examination. In 2018, the national qualified score line of the subjective test of the national unified legal vocational qualification examination is 108 points. In accordance with the relevant policies and regulations, we will continue to implement the policy of relaxing the qualified score line in hard, remote and ethnic minority areas. There are three grades of relaxed scores in the subjective test, including 85 scores in Tibet Autonomous Region, 90 scores in Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan and Gansu provinces, four prefectures in southern Xinjiang and Liangshan, Nujiang and Linxia in Yunnan, and 95 scores in other regions.
Those who pass the examination shall apply for the granting of legal professional qualification within the prescribed time. If the examinees have any objection to the examination results, they may, within 15 days from the date of promulgation of the examination results, submit a written application for examination of the scores to the judicial administrative organ of the place where they apply.
It is also understood that according to the measures for the implementation of the national unified legal vocational qualification examination, those who reach the national qualified score line in the objective test and fail to reach the national qualified score line in the subjective test can directly sign up for the 2019 legal vocational qualification examination.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the measures for the implementation of the national unified legal vocational qualification examination, we hereby announce the results of the subjective examination of the national unified legal vocational qualification examination in 2018, the announcement of the qualified score line and the application for granting legal vocational qualification as follows:
1、 Results announcement, inquiry and verification
The results of the 2018 national unified legal vocational qualification examination were published on November 30.

The results can be obtained from the website of the Ministry of Justice (http://www.moj.gov.cn) and forenoon 8 a.m.
If the examinee has any objection to the examination result of the subjective question, he may, within 15 days from the date of publication of the examination result, submit a written application for verification to the judicial administrative organ of the place where the application is made. If the examinees in Hong Kong or Macao have any objection to the examination results, they may apply in writing to the examination organizer for examination score verification. If the examinees living in Taiwan have any objection to the examination results, they can handle the transfer of written application for score verification in Taipei city.
According to the provisions of Article 42 and Article 43 of the working rules of the national unified legal vocational qualification examination, the examination score verification of subjective questions is only limited to checking whether the calculation total and registration of the scores of all questions in the examination paper of the applicant are correct. If the examination results have been verified and the person concerned has been notified in accordance with the provisions, they shall not be verified again. The Ministry of justice and its examination institutions do not directly accept individual verification applications. The judicial administrative organ shall not accept the application of the examinee within the time limit.
2、 According to the provisions of Article 15 of the measures for the implementation of the national unified legal vocational qualification examination, the qualified score line is determined by the Supreme People's court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and other departments in 2018. The passing score line of the national subjective examination is 108 points. The relaxed local qualified score line is divided into three grades, and the relaxed qualified score line in Tibet Autonomous Region is 85 points; the relaxed qualified score line in Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan and Gansu provinces, four prefectures in southern Xinjiang, Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan, Nujiang Prefecture in Yunnan and Linxia Prefecture in Gansu is 90 points; the relaxed qualified score line in other relaxed local areas is 95 points. For those who take part in the examination by using the test papers in minority languages and characters, the criteria for passing the examination shall be determined separately.
3、 Application for legal professional qualification and certificate issuance
If the examinees have reached the passing score line of the subject test of 2018 national unified legal professional qualification examination, they shall log in the website of the Ministry of Justice (http://www.moj.gov.cn) from 8:00 on December 5 to 24:00 on December 14, 2018, fill in the relevant information of applying for granting legal professional qualification, and automatically generate the application form for granting legal professional qualification of 2018 national unified legal professional qualification examination. After completing the online application procedure, the applicant shall submit the application materials to the place designated by the judicial administrative organ of the place of application from December 20 to December 29, 2018, and apply for granting the legal professional qualification.
At the time of registration, applicants whose registered permanent residence is in the place where the qualifications for registration are relaxed, and who apply for enjoying the relaxation policy, and who meet the requirements for relaxing the eligibility score line, shall submit the application materials to the place designated by the municipal judicial administrative organ of the place where the registered permanent residence is located on the spot from December 20 to December 29 to apply for granting legal professional qualifications. For those who have four situations, i.e. the return of college graduates in 2018, the demobilization and employment transfer of active servicemen, marriage and job transfer, move their household registration to the area where the qualifications for enrollment are relaxed and their subjective examination scores reach the place where they are relaxed, they can apply in writing to the judicial administrative organ at the municipal level of the place where they are registered from December 5 to December 14 to enjoy the relaxation policy Accepted.
Residents of Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan region who have achieved the qualified score line in the mainland (mainland) of China in the subjective examination of the national unified legal vocational qualification examination shall submit the application materials on the spot designated by the judicial administrative organ of the place of application to apply for the granting of legal vocational qualification.
If the examinees have reached the qualified score line in the examination area of Hong Kong and Macao, they shall submit application materials to the mainland agencies in Hong Kong and Macao entrusted by the Ministry of justice to apply for granting legal professional qualification.
If the residents living in Taiwan reach the qualified score line in the subjective examination of the national unified legal professional qualification examination, they can handle the transfer of application materials for granting legal professional qualification in Taipei after receiving the notice on application for handling legal professional qualification in 2018 national unified legal professional qualification examination. If the full-time undergraduate graduates (including the upgraded ones) from ordinary colleges and military colleges in 2019 and the graduates who apply for the same academic ability to take part in the national unified legal vocational qualification examination reach the qualified score line, they shall apply to the judicial administrative organ of the place where they apply for granting the legal vocational qualification after obtaining the graduation certificate. The specific time and method will be announced separately.
When applying for granting legal professional qualification, the applicant shall truthfully fill in the application form for granting legal professional qualification of 2018 national unified legal professional qualification examination, and I shall submit the following materials on site:
（1） Resident identity card;
Hong Kong and Macao residents need to submit the original of the pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland or the residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents at the same time, and Taiwan residents need to submit the original of the pass for Taiwan residents to and from the mainland or the residence permit for Taiwan residents at the same time.
Applicants who meet the requirements of relaxing the academic qualifications and the qualification score line shall provide the original of their account book.
（2） The original of graduation certificate of University;
The certificate issued by the overseas study service center of the Ministry of education shall be submitted to those who hold academic degree certificates of institutions of higher learning in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or abroad.
（3） Four 2-inch (46mm & times; 32mm) crown free color certificate photos are the same as my online application for 2018 national unified legal vocational qualification examination.
（4） Other materials to be submitted as required.
The original of the above materials shall be copied and kept for filing after being examined by the judicial administrative organ, and the original shall be returned to the applicant.
The Ministry of justice shall grant legal professional qualification and issue legal professional qualification certificate to those who apply for granting legal professional qualification and meet the granting conditions after examination. If an application is not filed within the prescribed time limit and there is no justifiable reason, it shall be deemed to have given up on its own and the judicial administrative organ shall no longer handle it.
The types of legal professional qualification certificates and their scope of application shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Ministry of justice, the Supreme People's court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and other departments.
