On October 26th, the head of the bank fed back to the 12351 staff hotline: the unit began to check the internal regulations of the bank one by one against the national law, put forward opinions and carry out rectification.

On October 30, it finally came to an end. The bank held the president's office meeting and decided to abolish the original family planning system. At the same time, it formulated new regulations in line with the requirements of national laws and regulations, and restored the work and treatment of the female staff and the female staff who had been punished for similar reasons.

Finally, the legitimate rights and interests of the female employee who complained about the situation were protected, and the work and treatment of the other two female employees who were infringed were also restored.
