Time limit and area
The time limit is from November 21, 2018 to December 31, 2018, from 7:00 to 21:00 every day. The area is all roads within the Fourth Ring Road in the East, the Fourth Ring Road in the south, the Fourth Ring Road in the West and the Fourth Ring Road in the North (excluding this road and Lianhuo Expressway in the area).
According to the circular, according to the last Arabic number of the vehicle license plate (including temporary license plate and non local license plate) (if the tail number is English letters, the last number shall prevail), the vehicle shall be operated in single day and double day. The details are as follows: the vehicles with the tail number of the number plate (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) are driven on the road on a single day; the vehicles with the tail number of the number plate (2, 4, 6, 8, 0) are driven on the road on a double day.
Unlimited for Category 6 vehicles
In order to ensure the normal operation of urban production and life, the following motor vehicles are not subject to the above measures:
Military vehicles, police vehicles, fire trucks, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles; large buses, medium buses, taxis, school buses, special vehicles for the disabled; all kinds of administrative law enforcement vehicles and special vehicles for road obstacle removal with uniform body appearance spraying and task performance; environmental sanitation, garden, environmental protection, municipal (including sludge transportation), heat, water supply and supply with uniform body appearance spraying Special vehicles for electricity, gas supply, oil supply, communication, post (including newspaper distribution and express delivery), pledge, insurance survey, news interview, medical waste transfer, etc.; funeral vehicles for funeral parlors, and new energy vehicles with special new energy vehicle license plates are not subject to the above measures.
Illegal driving will be investigated
The Traffic Police Department reminded that all kinds of trucks (including new energy trucks) should comply with the provisions of the circular as well as other restrictions and prohibitions on trucks in Zhengzhou. Trucks with passes shall comply with this traffic restriction at the same time. For vehicles driving on the road in violation of the provisions of the circular, the traffic management department of the public security organ will punish them according to law through video surveillance and snapshot and road inspection by the police. If the vehicles used for weddings and funerals or the vehicles used for the transportation of the critical patients violate the traffic restriction regulations and are investigated and punished, the situation may be explained to the traffic police department, and if it is verified to be true through investigation, no punishment shall be given.
