Star's salary restriction

The total remuneration of all the guests of each program shall not exceed 40% of the total cost of the program, and that of the main guests shall not exceed 70% of the total remuneration of the guests.
In terms of TV series, the remuneration of all actors in each TV series (including online films) shall not exceed 40% of the total production cost, of which the main actors shall not exceed 70% of the total remuneration. It is worth mentioning that the notice also puts forward punishment measures. There are still stars who insist on no pay cut

It is difficult to fundamentally change the status quo of actors' pay without eliminating the problem of tight supply and demand of top stars and the difficulty of financing in the film and television industry. In an interview with Securities Daily, an analyst from a securities firm said that the production cycle of the film and television industry is long and the cash flow is tight. When a play is approved, it is necessary to get a part of the pre-sale expenses first.
But how to measure the value of this work? Only to see the popularity of actors and directors leads to the growing trend of star only work valuation, so the producers have to rely on stars.
