This year's new Apple mobile phone is really disappointing! On Friday, apple confirmed a touch problem with some iPhone X's and a hard disk problem with some macbook pro's 13 inch drives. Apple confirmed these screen problems and will provide a screen change for the iPhone x malfunctioning machine!
Apple said that part of the iPhone X may cause 'non response or intermittent response touch operation' of the display or a part of the display due to 'a component on the display module may fail', or 'the display will respond even if there is no touch operation'.
At the same time, Apple also confirmed that some of the 'few' 128 GB and 256 GB SSDs in the 13 inch macbook pro (no touch bar) have a 'possible data loss and hard disk failure' problem, involving the MacBook Pro models sold from June 2017 to June 2018. Apple recommends that users detect and repair affected devices as soon as possible.
Apple will replace the screen for iPhone x with touch problems free of charge, while providing free detection and repair for the affected MacBook Pro.
