What are the early symptoms of cervical cancer? What is the age of high incidence of cervical cancer

The occurrence of cervical cancer is closely related to the age of women, generally 35-60 years old is the high-risk stage of cervical cancer. And now cervical cancer has become younger and younger, so it is very necessary for women over 30 years old to go to the hospital regularly for examination.

Cervical cancer is the most common gynecological cancer. In the underdeveloped countries, cervical cancer is the second most common cancer and the third leading cause of cancer death in women.

The high incidence age of cervical cancer was 50-55 years old.

Got cervical cancer, what clues can the body have?

Unfortunately, early cervical cancer has no obvious symptoms and signs. With the progress of the disease, the following manifestations may occur:

1. Vaginal bleeding: in addition to menstruation, vaginal bleeding can also be caused by gynecological diseases, such as cervical cancer. Different from menstruation, vaginal bleeding of cervical cancer is mostly contact bleeding, that is, bleeding after sexual life or gynecological examination. It can also be manifested as irregular bleeding, that is, bleeding when menstruation is not supposed to occur, or prolonged menstruation and increased menstrual volume.

2. Vaginal drainage: most patients will have white or bloody, thin, such as water or rice swill like, foul smelling vaginal drainage. In the late stage, due to the necrosis of cancer tissue and infection, there may be a large number of rice swill like or purulent stink secretion.

3. In the late stage, there will be frequent urination, urgency of urination, constipation, swelling and pain of lower limbs, etc.; when the cancer oppresses or involves the fallopian tube, it may cause obstruction of fallopian tube, hydronephrosis and uremia; in the late stage, there may be anemia, cachexia and other symptoms of renal failure common to other malignant tumors.

It is unavoidable to make female friends sad here. But since 1950s, cervical cancer and precancerous lesions have been discovered and treated early because of the widespread application of cervical cytology screening. The incidence and mortality of cervical cancer have decreased significantly.

The third prevention of cervical cancer is the first prevention, namely, HPV vaccine. At present, bivalent and tetravalent vaccines have been listed on the market in mainland China, and you can selectively vaccinate according to your age; secondary prevention is screening, cervical TCT combined with HPV screening; tertiary prevention is treatment, and cervical lesions or even cervical cancer are found and treated in time.

With the emergence of cervical cancer vaccine, strict three-level prevention of cervical cancer, I believe that the elimination of cervical cancer is a matter of the future!
