1、 Regulations on parking penalty
1. If you park in the city or you don't leave in time, you will only be fined 200 yuan.
2. If you stop on the expressway without any reason or in the emergency lane, you will be fined 200 yuan and 6 points will be deducted.
3. If parking in violation of regulations is in violation of prohibition signs, warning signs, prohibition markings and warning markings, 2 points will be deducted generally.
2、 Penalty standard for illegal parking
1. Penalty for parking against rules on site
If the driver is present, the traffic police may point out the illegal act and give an oral warning to the driver who violates the parking regulations of the road traffic safety law, so that the driver can leave immediately. Generally, drivers only need to leave quickly without penalty. If the driver refuses to leave and the driving vehicle obstructs the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, the traffic police will impose a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan on you.
2. Off site parking penalty
If the driver is not present, in addition to imposing a fine and a ticket, if the parked vehicle obstructs the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, the traffic police department has the right to drag the vehicle to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ.
3、 Regulations for the implementation of traffic safety law concerning parking against rules:
Article 63 when a motor vehicle stops temporarily on a road, the following provisions shall be observed:
（1） No parking is allowed in sections with no stop signs and markings, sections with separation facilities between motorways and non motorways, sidewalks, crosswalks and construction sections;
（2） No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp turns, narrow roads with width less than 4m, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50m from the above places;
（3） No bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) in front of the gate and any road section within 30 meters from the above-mentioned place shall be stopped except for the use of the above-mentioned facilities;
（4） Before the vehicle stops stably, it is not allowed to open the door and get on and off personnel, and the opening and closing of the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;
（5） The roadside parking shall be close to the right side of the road, and the driver of the motor vehicle shall not leave the vehicle. After getting on and off the vehicle or loading and unloading articles, the driver shall immediately drive away;
（6） City buses are not allowed to stop and get on or off passengers in sections other than stops.
Article 89 of the road traffic safety law of the people's Republic of China stipulates that if a pedestrian, passenger or non motor vehicle driver violates the road traffic safety laws and regulations, he shall be given a warning or fined not less than 5 yuan but not more than 50 yuan. If the non motor vehicle driver refuses to accept the penalty, he may be detained.
