Who is the laziest country in 2018?

Who publishes a list of the world's laziest countries. Let's see which countries are there. The world health organization publishes a large-scale research result. Experts have studied the physical activity of people in different countries. The study, which involved nearly two million people in 168 countries, was published in the British science journal The Lancet.

An active person is one who has at least 75 minutes of intensive physical activity or 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week.

The World Health Organization lists the laziest countries according to the above criteria. Kuwait topped the list, with 67 per cent of the country's residents barely playing sports. In addition to Kuwait, the list includes American Samoa (53.4%), Saudi Arabia (53%), Iraq (52%) and Brazil (47%).

Britain and the United States are also at the top of the list of the laziest countries. The United States ranks 143rd, with 40% of Americans lacking enough exercise, which means that about 130 million Americans can't do 2.5 hours of moderate exercise every week; the British are also quite lazy, with only 35.9% getting proper exercise.

Uganda is the most active, hardworking and frequent exercise country, and only 5.5% of its residents are not engaged in sports. In addition, the most active countries are Mozambique (5.6%), Lesotho (6.3%), Tanzania (6.5%), Myanmar (10%), China (14.1%).

That is to say, 14.1% of Chinese do not exercise. It is worth noting that, unlike the phenomenon of women pulling down the average in the global trend, in China, men pull down the average, 16% of men are lack of exercise, and only 12.2% of women are lack of exercise.

Research shows that one third of women and one quarter of men in the world do not reach the level of healthy activities recommended by experts, that is, at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity leisure activities (such as cycling or fast walking for 150 minutes) or 75 minutes of high-intensity physical exercise (such as running for 75 minutes) every week. But if you want to improve your health through physical exercise and activities, who recommends doubling your exercise time. More than one-third of adults in 55 countries do not exercise to the above standards.

Women move less than men. This is evident in the four countries (Kuwait, American Samoa, Saudi Arabia and Iraq) mentioned above that are seriously lacking in movement.

The report shows that Chinese people are really moving, and people's leisure activities (relative to physical exercise) are generally increasing, which may be because China's rapidly growing elderly people use more parks and public sports facilities.

The head of who pointed out that 'long hours of work, developed means of transport, the popularization of smart phones and so on have taken away the opportunities of people's sports', and governments should take measures to solve the problem of people's lack of sports through improving infrastructure and other measures.

At the same time, who has set a goal to significantly increase the world population by 2030, which requires guidance and intervention from governments. As economic development and the emergence of new technology will inevitably reduce the proportion of physical activity in the labor process, the government must take measures to provide relevant infrastructure, so that people can more activities.
