3. Those who have already received the honor certificate of the only child's parents and require to give birth again will no longer enjoy the reward and preferential treatment of the only child's parents, and those previously enjoyed will not be returned.
Can the families who lost their independence get help
According to the decision on the revision of the population and family planning law, during the period when the State advocates a couple to bear one child, the couple who voluntarily bear only one child for life shall be granted the "honor certificate for parents of only child" by the state, and the couple who obtain the "honor certificate for parents of only child" shall be assisted in accordance with the provisions if the only child dies of business injury or disability.
That is to say, before the implementation of the policy of "two children in an all-round way", if a family with only one child receives the honor certificate of the only child's parents, even after the implementation of the policy of "two children in an all-round way", the children who die of accidental disability can get help and assistance according to the regulations. Do you need a birth permit to have a second child
It is necessary to apply for a birth permit to have a second child before 2016.
