How to make wine at home? Demonstration of wine details

The red wine brewed at home has pure taste, low price, no additives and preservatives, and is clean without toxicity. So if there are a large number of grapes at home that can't be eaten, you can make some wine by yourself. The wine brewed by yourself is the best.

Now I'll introduce the methods and precautions for making red wine. If you are interested in it, you can try it.

1、 Be sure to buy naturally mature grapes in the summer when grapes are on the market in large quantities. Do not buy grapes planted in the off-season shed. To buy purple red mature grapes (taste the taste, it's usually sweet and mature); look at the fruit base, if it's green, and the taste is sour, it may be hit with 'erythropoietin', so it's better not to buy such grapes.

This is the grape I bought. It's twelve Jin in all.

2、 Cut the grapes one by one with scissors close to the fruit base, so as to leave a little fruit base, so as not to hurt the skin; do not use your hands to pull the grapes, which may hurt the skin; put the grapes that have damaged the skin aside, keep them for eating, and do not use them to make wine.

Cut the grapes from the place close to the fruit base, taking care not to hurt the peel.

3、 Wash the cut grapes and soak them in light salt water for about 10 minutes to get rid of the pesticides and other harmful substances on the grape skin (as mentioned earlier, do not use the grapes that have damaged the skin to make wine, that is, they are afraid that the salt water will be soaked into the pulp when soaking, which will affect the quality of grape wine). Then rinse again with clear water and drain the  water. &Shy; soak the grapes in salt water for about ten minutes. &Shy; drain the grape water & shy;

4、 Pour the grapes into the basin, crush them one by one with your hands, leave the grape skin, grape seeds and pulp in the basin, and then mix them evenly according to the proportion of six catties of grape and one catty of white sugar (put more if you like sweet), and then put them in the washed bottle after the white sugar completely melts. Note that the bottle should not be too full, and a third of the space should be reserved, because grapes will expand during the fermentation process, which will generate a lot of gas. If the bottle is too full, the wine will overflow. In addition, in order not to let the outside air in, it is better to wrap the bottle cap with plastic bags.

5、 In summer, when the temperature is high, the wine will be made in 21 days; if the temperature is low (below 30 degrees), you can make several more days. It should be noted that the longer the wine is brewed, the stronger the taste; after the wine is brewed, the longer it is put, the stronger the taste. I don't like very strong wine, so even if the temperature is not high, I can open a bottle of filter residue in 267 days at most.

6、 After the wine is made, it is necessary to filter out the grape seeds, grape skins and the fermented pulp, which is the residue. I bought a leaky ladle (see photo) as a residue filtering tool; some people can filter it with gauze; anyway, if there's something in the house that can be used to remove the residue, I'll use the local method to get on the horse and make the best of it, leaving the wine. It should be noted that the tools for filtering dregs must be strictly disinfected, and bacteria should not be brought into the wine.
