For those who do not have kindergarten teacher qualification, the Ministry of education emphasizes to urge teachers to participate in professional skill compensation training and obtain kindergarten teacher qualification certificate through examination; for those who do not meet the needs of scientific education and are used to 'primary school' teaching, they should carry out post adaptability standard training to improve the scientific education ability of kindergarten teachers. The reporter learned that the special governance was carried out in four stages.
