2. Shanghai: from June to September every year, if the enterprise arranges the workers to work in the open air under the high temperature weather and fails to take effective measures to reduce the temperature of the workplace to below 33 ℃ (excluding 33 ℃), it shall pay the workers the high temperature season allowance, which is 200 yuan per month.
3. Henan: workers working in the open air under the weather with the daily maximum temperature of 35 ℃ or above can enjoy the high temperature allowance of 10 yuan per working day issued by the enterprise.
4. Tianjin: from June to September, 12% of the average daily wage of the city's employees in the previous year.
5. Beijing: from June to August every year, the high-temperature allowance for outdoor workers shall not be less than 180 yuan per person per month; for indoor workers above 33 ℃ (including 33 ℃), the high-temperature allowance shall not be less than 120 yuan per person per month.
6. Guangdong: the standard of high temperature allowance in Guangdong Province is 150 yuan per person per month; if the high temperature allowance needs to be converted by days according to regulations, 6.9 yuan per person per day. The distribution time is from June to October.
7. Dongguan: if it is unable to take effective measures to reduce the temperature of the workplace to below 33 ℃ (excluding 33 ℃), the employer shall pay a monthly high temperature allowance of 150 yuan per person per month from June to October, or 6.9 yuan per person per day if it needs to be converted by days.
8. Hunan: during the high temperature period in summer (from July 1 to September 30), if there is high temperature operation and open-air operation, the employer cannot take effective cooling measures when the temperature and workplace temperature reach above 37 ℃, the operation shall be stopped. If the temperature and workplace temperature exceed 35 ℃, corresponding heatstroke prevention and cooling protection equipment and supplies shall be provided, effective measures shall be taken to prevent heatstroke, and heatstroke allowance shall be paid at the same time. 10. Jiangxi: 240 yuan / month for outdoor operation and high temperature operation personnel; 160 yuan / month for non high temperature operation personnel; 120 yuan / month for other personnel of administrative units, enterprises and institutions.

Note on high temperature subsidy 1. The heatstroke proof and cooling beverage can not fully cover the high temperature allowance.
2. The high temperature allowance is a part of the labor remuneration (salary), which is illegal.
3. According to the measures for the management of heatstroke prevention measures, when the daily maximum temperature reaches 40 ℃ or above, outdoor work on that day shall be stopped. If the work is stopped or the working time is shortened due to hot weather, the employer shall not deduct or reduce the wages of the workers.
4. Heatstroke caused by physical factors is included in the category of occupational diseases in the catalogue of occupational diseases in China, that is to say, heatstroke is also an occupational disease. To enjoy the treatment of industrial injury, we must first identify it.
Whether the high temperature allowance is paid monthly or in one time is from June to September every year. It is recommended to pay monthly.
The unit can also issue it at one time in advance according to its own situation. However, a small number of employees may increase their individual income tax payment if they pay it in one time.
However, it is not recommended to issue it to workers afterwards, which has lost the significance of strengthening summer heatstroke prevention.
