Just after the Dragon Boat Festival, are there many zongzi that can't be eaten? Can't you put them in the fridge? Can't you throw them away? How to digest the leftover zongzi? Now, Sihai net has taught you some alternative ways to eat zongzi. You can refer to them.

Fried rice dumplings

Cut zongzi into thick slices, break up the eggs, add a shell of water, add 1 tbsp of flour, mix well into the egg paste. Dip the two sides of the dumplings into the egg paste, brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, after heating, put the dumplings dipped in the egg paste, fry for 5 minutes on a low heat, turn over and fry for another 5 minutes to become the fragrant fried dumplings!

Spicy fried dumplings

Oil the knife and cut the cooked zongzi into wide strips. Wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces by hand. Tear the colored peppers into small pieces. Chop the shallots. Heat up the pot and put in the oil. When it's 60% hot, put the zongzi into the pot, fry it into golden yellow, and then put it out. Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, shred the shallots and stir fry them evenly, add Korean hot sauce, boil the hot sauce with proper amount of water, stew the cabbage and zongzi for a while, and then dish them out after the juice thickens.

Make Babao rice

Peel the zongzi with peanuts, red beans and red dates, put them into a greased big soup bowl, press them flush with the mouth of the bowl with a kitchen knife, and then put them into the pot and steam them thoroughly. If you like salty food, you can also make salty zongzi.

Braised pork dumplings

Put in the cooked pig's hoof, pour in some old soy sauce and stir fry well, then put in the cut zongzi, put in some water and simmer for a while, then you can get out of the pot. However, the pig's hoof itself is relatively greasy, so it is recommended to choose fresh zongzi such as jujube zongzi.

Sweet rice congee

This is the simplest and most convenient way to make congee. Sweet zongzi such as jujube zongzi and red bean sand zongzi can be made in this way. Boil the boiling water in a casserole, put the mung bean or red bean into it, cook for 15 minutes, add the remaining red date zongzi or honey date zongzi, crush the zongzi with a big spoon, cook together for 10 minutes, then add a peeled and washed fresh lily, continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes, a pot of fragrant and soft taste Baihe green (red) bean porridge will be fresh out of the oven.

Zongzi egg cake

Beat the eggs into the batter and season with salt, chicken essence and pepper. Then cut up the leftover zongzi, put them into the batter and mix them, then spread them into cakes.

Braised pork ribs and zongzi

First, boil the zongzi and cool it in the air, cut it into pieces of suitable size, fry it to golden yellow, then stir fry the ribs, sugar, scallion and ginger together, add cooking wine, raw soy sauce and other ingredients, put in some boiling water and stew. When the soup is thick, stir fry the fried zongzi together, and sprinkle the onion and sesame on the plate. Stir fried zongzi with fresh vegetables

Wash the selected fresh vegetables, drain the water, cut into sections, and then dice the steamed dumplings. Put some oil in the pot, put the zongzi dice (or strips) into the pot and stir fry first.
