Worried that the crawfish sold outside is not clean, in fact, you may as well do it at home, so how to clean the crawfish? Is there any skill to clean the crawfish?

1. Salt water for half an hour

Many lobsters live in unclean waters. Moreover, lobster is a kind of omnivorous animal. It is not picky about food. It is willing to eat fresh snails. It can also make do with dead fish bodies for many days, which leads to a lot of dirty things hidden in the body.

It's necessary to feed lobsters with light salt water for half an hour before killing them, which can make them spit out some harmful substances on their own and eat healthier

2. Remove intestines and head

After feeding with salt water, you can start killing lobsters. The meat in the tail of lobster is the most, but there is an intestines between the meat and the shell that can't be eaten. It's full of lobster's excrement and needs to be pulled out. There are three fins at the end of the tail of lobster. When you tear off the middle one, the intestines will be pulled out along with the tail fin.

Removing the head of lobster doesn't mean that you don't want the whole lobster's front body, but you can choose how much to remove according to your favorite way of eating. If you only eat the tail but not the head, you can lose the whole body. If you prefer shrimp yellow and pliers, you can only use scissors to cut off the teeth, eyes and beard.

3. Lobster wash with vinegar brush

The lobster with its head and tail removed can be soaked in a basin filled with vinegar water. Why use vinegar water? Some lobster shells will leave black dirt, which is difficult to brush off with clean water. It is more convenient to pour a little vinegar into the water, and the vinegar has the function of killing poison and bacteria, which will make the lobster cleaner.

Grab a lobster from the vinegar water and wash it repeatedly with a brush on its abdomen until it can't get rid of the dirt. In addition, the front of the large pincers are easy to hide dirt in the seam, which also needs to be washed.

When all lobsters have been washed, they can be cleaned with water again.

4. Boiling water to remove impurities

Many people know that they need to use boiling water to boil the pork chop soup at home, so that they can get rid of all the dirty things in the pork chop. In fact, washing lobster is the same. Especially because many lobsters are grown up in sewage, it is more reassuring to blanch the water once before cooking.
