During the college entrance examination, there will always be some unexpected situations. The provincial education and Examination Institute issued the college entrance examination emergency guide yesterday, telling candidates how to deal with special situations. The most common situation is going to the toilet or diarrhea during the college entrance examination, and a series of unexpected situations, such as going to the wrong examination hall or forgetting to bring the examination permit. 1. Go to the wrong examination hall or encounter traffic jam

The day before the test, candidates should first go to the test site to have a look at their own test room, get familiar with the test environment, and calculate the time required to arrive at the test room. On the day of the exam, there should be room for departure time. In case of traffic jams, you can show the examination permit to seek the help of the traffic department and traffic police.

2. Illness or injury during the examination

If the body allows, the examinee will try his best to take the exam. If you feel unable to insist, parents and teachers should consider their physical safety and advise them to give up the exam opportunity.

3. Temporary discomfort in the examination room

In case of vomiting, diarrhea, syncope, cramp, etc., the examinee shall immediately raise his hand to the invigilator. Candidates are escorted by invigilators to leave the examination room temporarily, and medical personnel are responsible for emergency treatment. If the body allows, candidates can continue to apply, but the test time will not be extended. Failure to insist on the examination shall be deemed as abandoning the examination for undergraduate purposes.

4. Mistakes in the printing of test paper

Before the examination, candidates have 5 minutes to check whether their papers and answer cards meet the requirements. Candidates should use this time to see clearly the number of pages and large questions written on the blackboard by the invigilator, and carefully check whether there are missing pages, missing prints or unclear handwriting. In case of such situation, raise your hands to report to the invigilator in time, and the invigilator shall check and be responsible for solving the problem. In principle, the answer card and test paper will not be changed after the test starts. If the candidates insist on changing the answer card and test paper, the test time cannot be extended.

5. Lost examination permit and ID card

During the examination, if the examinee forgets his / her ID card, the invigilator shall first check the admission card and check it with the examinee himself / herself with the seating table of the examination room. If the appearance is consistent, the examinee can take the examination and report it to the examiner after making records. The chief examiner shall inform the team leader to send the valid ID card (ID card, ID card with examinee's photo issued by the police station and stamped with the seal of jockey seal) to the examination office of the examination center before the next examination.

If the candidate forgets the examination permit, the invigilator shall check with the candidate with the seating table of the examination room. If the appearance is consistent, the invigilator may first ask the candidate to take the examination, make records and then report to the examiner. If the candidates forget to bring the examination permit, the examiner shall inform the team leader and send the permit to the examination office of the examination center for inspection before the next examination.

If the examination permit is lost, the examinee shall apply in writing to continue the examination. The examinee shall sign his / her opinion after verifying the photos on the seating table of the examination room, and the provincial inspector shall attach his / her opinion. After the on-the-spot examination, candidates can take the application to the county (city, district) educational examination institution to stamp the official seal before continuing to participate in the examination.

Candidates who have forgotten their ID card and examination permit shall be treated as if they have forgotten the examination permit, and the valid ID card shall be sent to the examination office of the examination center for inspection before the next examination.

In case of any of the above circumstances, the candidate shall promise in writing that if he fails to deliver the valid identity certificate to the examiner as required, the examination he has taken shall be invalid.

Each examination site shall arrange a special person to register such phenomenon, track and verify, and write down the handling results. After the examination, the registration form shall be submitted to the city (prefecture), county (city, district) examination institutions for recordation. County (city, district) statistical data related to college entrance examination office of provincial education and examination institute.

6. Go to the toilet in the middle of the exam

Under normal circumstances, candidates are not allowed to go to the toilet in the middle of the college entrance examination. If it is a special cause, candidates are accompanied by the same-sex staff to go to the toilet after explaining the situation to the invigilator. According to the regulations, the accompanying personnel must be inseparable from the examinee, and the examinee shall not refuse the supervision of the staff on the basis of privacy. Only one candidate is allowed to go to the toilet at the same time. After going to the toilet, the invigilator will check the examinee again.

7. Barcode is damaged

The candidate's answer card shall be pasted with the bar code of the examination permit number, which contains the candidate's identity information, so as to facilitate the scanning of online examination papers. If it is damaged in the process of pasting and cannot be used any more, the examinee shall report to the invigilator. The invigilator shall make a record on the face of the answer card bag, and carefully check the examinee number, name and other information filled in by the examinee. At the end of the examination, the candidates shall write a statement and submit it to the office of the examination center together with the candidates' answers.
