Holiday wage calculation method

The laborer who works in these three days shall be regarded as overtime work, and the daily wage shall be converted according to the average number of days of salary calculated per month, which is 21.75 days. The hourly wage shall be divided by 8 hours on the basis of the daily wage.

When calculating overtime wage, the daily wage is converted by 21.75 days of average monthly wage, and the hourly wage is divided by 8 hours based on the daily wage. Namely:

Holiday overtime wage = calculation base of overtime wage & divide; 21.75 & times; 300%

Rest day overtime wage = calculation base of overtime wage & divide; 21.75 & times; 200%

Overtime wage on normal working days = calculation base of overtime wage & divide; 21.75 & times; 150%

The overtime wage per hour is divided by the daily overtime wage by 8 hours.
