Among the C infectious diseases, the top three reported diseases are other infectious diarrhea, influenza, hand, foot and mouth disease, accounting for 94% of the total reported cases of C infectious diseases.

For the prevention and treatment of two common class C infectious diseases, such as hand, foot and mouth disease, viral infectious diarrhea and other intestinal infectious diseases, experts give the following suggestions.

Children who are prone to HFMD and under 5 years old should be treated in time if they have persistent high fever and other symptoms

Hand foot mouth disease is an acute infectious disease that occurs frequently in children under 5 years old. It is mainly manifested in fever, hand foot mouth buttock rash or herpes. In some cases, the rash is not typical, which needs careful observation. Some cases will turn to severe.

Experts remind that in the epidemic period of HFMD, parents should check the baby's condition every day, mainly to observe whether there are abnormalities in the palm, foot and mouth, and whether there is any change in body temperature; for general HFMD, only symptomatic treatment is needed, and antipyretic drugs and oral rehydration salts can be used under the guidance of doctors, so as to strengthen nursing at home, which will be better in 1-2 weeks.

When nursing the baby at home, the parents should also pay attention to observe the condition. If the baby has persistent high fever, frequent vomiting, limb shaking, weakness, convulsion, poor spirit, easy to wake up, fidgety, dyspnea, rapid heart rate and other conditions, it is necessary to visit the hospital in time.

In addition, during the epidemic period of HFMD, children should not be taken to public places where people gather and the air circulation is poor; children with other febrile and eruptive diseases should not be contacted. In case of fever or rash, take the child to a regular hospital for treatment in time; minimize contact with others and do not go to school; wash your hands and face before contacting the child when you come back.

Viral diarrhea is easy to occur in schools, kindergartens and other collective units

Viral diarrhea is an acute gastrointestinal disease caused by norovirus, rotavirus and other viruses. It is mainly manifested as diarrhea and vomiting. It is easy to occur in collective units such as schools, kindergartens and pension institutions.

Experts suggest that to prevent and treat viral diarrhea, you should wash your hands before eating / cooking and after going to the toilet; when eating cooked food, you must cook the food thoroughly, especially oysters and other shellfish seafood; do not drink raw water: drinking water should be boiled before drinking;

In case of vomiting and diarrhea, seek medical advice and rest at home in time to avoid infecting others. It is suggested that the patients should rest at home until 72 hours after the symptoms disappear completely before going to school / class;

For the prevention of school viral diarrhea, experts suggest that we should do a good job in daily prevention work, such as morning check and absence from work due to illness, in order to find cases in time; schools and kindergartens providing food should strictly review the qualification of employees, and ensure the safety of food; once found, patients should be isolated at home or in Hospital; vomitus and feces of patients should be disinfected The cleaning personnel should do well in personal protection and disinfect the places where the patients have been.
