The overtime wage is calculated as follows: the daily wage is converted by 21.75 days of average monthly wage, and the hourly wage is divided by 8 hours based on the daily wage.

During the Qingming period, the calculation method of daily overtime wage is: Holiday (the day of Qingming) overtime wage = calculation base of overtime wage & divide; 21.75 & times; 300%; rest day overtime wage = calculation base of overtime wage & divide; 21.75 & times; 200%.

The part of the laborer who has implemented the system of comprehensive calculation of working hours and whose actual working hours exceed the statutory standard working hours within the period of comprehensive calculation of working hours shall be regarded as overtime, and the employer shall pay overtime wages at not less than 150% of the laborer's own hourly wage standard. If the employer arranges work for the laborer on legal holidays, it shall pay overtime wage at least 300% of the laborer's daily or hourly wage.

If the employer arranges the work of the personnel with irregular working hour system on legal holidays, it shall also pay the overtime wage at the rate of no less than 300% of his / her daily or hourly wage.
